Make a short-form video that features Malloy Studio. Show what you made, how you used it, or how it fits into your workflow. Be creative, be honest, make it yours.
Post on Instagram or TikTok
Upload your video to Instagram Reels or TikTok. Tag @malloystudio and include #malloystudio so we can find it. Posts without the tag and hashtag will not count.
Email us to claim
Once your post hits 5,000 views, email support@malloy.sg with a link to your video, a screenshot of the view count, and the email address you used to purchase. We will process your refund.

What to Send Us
Submitting your post
When your post hits 5,000 views (or more), email support@malloy.sg with:
- ✓A link to your Instagram Reel or TikTok
- ✓A screenshot showing the view count
- ✓The email address you used to purchase Malloy Studio
We will verify the post, the view count, and that it tags @malloystudio with #malloystudio. Once verified, the refund goes back to the original payment method.

If you have a sizeable, engaged following, the refund flow probably is not the right fit. Email us before you post and we can set you up with a free license and discount codes for your audience instead.

The fine print
The refund is capped at one month of your current plan, and one refund per account (one email). If you are on an annual plan, the maximum payout is still one month of subscription — not the full annual amount. If you have already claimed a 50% refund and then a later post hits 20,000 views, we will top you up to the 100% tier on the same one-month cap.
Yes. Post as many videos as you like until one hits the threshold. The one-refund-per-account cap applies once you have actually been paid out.
No. The offer is limited to one account per person — one email, one refund. Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple refunds will disqualify all of them.
No. Only organic views count toward the refund. If we see signs of paid traffic, view bots, or other inauthentic engagement, the submission will not qualify.
The video needs to clearly feature Malloy Studio — showing the product, your output, or how you use it. We are not picky about format or style, but viewers should walk away knowing what Malloy Studio is.
Tag @malloystudio on Instagram or TikTok and include the hashtag #malloystudio. Without the tag and hashtag we cannot attribute the post to you and the refund will not be issued.
There is no hard deadline. As long as Malloy Studio is still around and your post is live and reaches the threshold organically, you can submit it.
Reach out to support@malloy.sg before you post. For creators with significant reach we can offer free licenses for you and discount codes for your audience, instead of going through the refund flow.
Once we verify the submission — usually within a few business days — the refund goes back to the original payment method.
Yes. We can adjust thresholds, change terms, or end the program at any time. Posts submitted before any changes will be honored under the terms in place when they were submitted.
